thinkbridge is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Software Development team in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The role demands 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end web solutions, strong problem‑solving abilities, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyse each requirement’s context, identify risks, and propose clear technical plans.
Design, develop, and maintain features across the front‑end, back‑end and database layers.
Review code—whether authored by peers or AI tools—to ensure security, correctness and maintainability.
Debug production incidents, trace root causes and deliver fixes promptly.
Mentor junior engineers and guide the team on best practices.
Raise concerns early when a proposed solution has shortcomings.

Skills

Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (including TypeScript).
Proficiency with C# and building APIs.
Solid experience with relational databases (SQL) or NoSQL, schema design and query optimisation.
Ability to work on both front‑end and back‑end components as project needs evolve.
Comfort using AI‑assisted coding tools while rigorously validating output.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
