About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a massive Walk-In Drive for fresh graduates and postgraduates across multiple locations including Mihan Nagpur, Bangalore, and Gujarat (Ahmedabad). The recruitment drive is specifically targeted at the 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches for roles in Back Office Operations (Data Processing Transactions) and HR Management Trainee (Business Process Services).

Eligibility

• Undergraduate Degrees: Full-time graduates from streams including BCom, BA, BBA, BCA, BCCA, and BSc (except CS & IT for certain locations) from a recognized university/college.
• Postgraduate Degrees: Full-time Postgraduates from MA & MCom (Pass-out batches 2024, 2025 & 2026).
• Additional Notes: The highest qualification should be graduation/post-graduation as specified. Candidates must be open to working in any rotational shift.
