About the role

The Graduate Trainee Engineer role at Siemens GBS is a structured early-career program designed for fresh BE / BTech engineers who want to learn while contributing to live engineering, programming, graphics and estimation deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineers and Team Leaders with engineering tasks and project activities
• Review basic project inputs, identify initial questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers
• Prepare engineering / programming / graphics / estimates or components under close supervision
• Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial checks on own work

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech from a recognized university in any relevant engineering branch
• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) for daily interaction with global Siemens teams

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
