About the role

Siemens is looking for an Intelligent Document Processing Associate to work on modern automated architectures. The role involves assisting software engineering teams in building, configuring, and optimizing automated document processing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting software engineering teams in building, configuring, and optimizing automated document processing pipelines using standard OCR engines.
• Configuring document ingestion layouts and validation rules within tools like Otera AI and ABBYY FlexiCapture.
• Writing clean, performant scripts in Python and JavaScript to handle advanced text customization, parsing logic, and business-critical exceptions.
• Reviewing extracted data feeds to execute quality checks, pinpoint manual failures, and ensure enterprise compliance metrics.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
• 0-2 years of experience. Highly motivated freshers with a profound interest in modern enterprise automation tools are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages—specifically JavaScript and Python—is mandatory.

Skills

• Basic familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR), automated data extraction, document classification, or general information parsing concepts.
