About the role

The Siemens Energy Internship 2026 is a 6-month operational support role inside the Planning & Reporting team. The primary business goal is to alleviate the workload of the existing team by handling recurring tasks of running and maintaining multiple Power BI reports monthly.

Responsibilities

• Execute the monthly refresh and distribution for multiple Power BI reports according to the established schedule.
• Monitor data refresh processes, identify and troubleshoot basic failures to ensure report accuracy and availability.
• Perform routine data validation and quality checks to maintain integrity of financial and operational data.
• Maintain and update documentation for report execution procedures and schedules.

Eligibility

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Power BI knowledge: Academic or personal project experience with Power BI is highly advantageous.
• Excel skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
