About the role

The Dentsu Off Campus Drive 2026 places freshers as Analysts, Associates, or Software Engineers on the Merkle data team. This is an entry-level role designed to offer exposure across the data value chain, from data wrangling and engineering to analytics and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Data Wrangling: Clean, transform, and prepare raw datasets for downstream analytics and modeling.
• Pipeline Engineering: Help build scalable data pipelines that move data between systems reliably.
• Analytics: Conduct exploratory and descriptive analyses to uncover insights that drive client decisions.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop and validate machine-learning models for client business problems.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into deliverables.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, BSc, MCA, or any equivalent degree with a strong analytical mindset.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Python or SQL, and exposure to data structures and algorithms.
• Statistics & ML: Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts, and Excel.
