Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the role

Sensata Technologies is hiring engineering freshers for a software-focused GET position. This role is a strong opportunity for recent graduates who want to build software for industrial and electrical engineering products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing software in selected languages for Sensata products, following Sensata’s coding standards.
• Participate in developing software to control external hardware for automated test equipment.
• Work with software engineering tools such as configuration management and build systems.
• Support design, development, testing and deployment of internal software packages.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet electrical engineering requirements.

Eligibility

• A B.E / B.Tech degree in an engineering discipline (CS / IT / Electrical / Electronics preferred).
• Good programming fundamentals and interest in software development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
