Software Intern

About the role

Semtech is hiring a Software Intern in Pune to support development of semiconductor product software.

Responsibilities

• Support software development for semiconductor products and tools
• Write code according to established specifications and requirements
• Assist with software testing, validation and debugging activities
• Support software design and requirements analysis
• Create and maintain software and API documentation

Eligibility

• Actively pursuing a degree or certification in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, WiFi, 4G/5G)
• Working experience on Linux; familiarity with GitHub, Wireshark and debugging with gdb
