Description

About the role

Seamflow is looking for a Front End Design Engineer to own and craft the user interface of its AI‑driven certification workflow platform. You will translate dense regulatory data into clear, responsive screens, shaping layout, typography, motion and the underlying design system while shipping production‑ready React code from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end‑to‑end interfaces that real reviewers use daily, handling complex, data‑heavy screens.
  • Own the visual language – layout, spacing, typography, motion – and ensure consistency through a reusable design system.
  • Write production‑grade React, TypeScript and JavaScript code, integrating state and data handling.
  • Iterate quickly by observing actual reviewers, gathering feedback, and refining the UI accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with product, backend and AI teams to align UI with AI‑generated insights.
  • Deliver functional features within the first week and continuously improve the product surface.

Eligibility

  • 3+ years of experience building production front‑end interfaces that users interact with daily.
  • Strong visual judgment and ability to articulate design decisions around typography, hierarchy and motion.
  • Comfort building the full stack of a feature – from design mockups to shipped React code.
  • Experience designing for dense, workflow‑intensive applications.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Shoreditch and engage with a fast‑paced, high‑ownership startup culture.

Skills

  • React, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • HTML & CSS (including modern layout techniques)
  • Design systems and component libraries
  • UI/UX principles, typography, motion design
  • Ability to translate complex domain data into clear visual representations

Benefits

  • Equity participation and a compensation package reflecting a high performance bar.
  • Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship where required.
  • Fully covered meals and 24/7 gym access.
  • Access to any tools that accelerate your workflow.
  • Close collaboration with founders and a small, high‑trust team.
