About the role

Sandvik Graduate Engineer Trainee 2026 is a 24-month structured development program designed to groom you into a Regional Demand & Inventory Planner role.

Responsibilities

• Support sales planning through data-driven forecasting and business insights.
• Analyse and challenge forecasts to improve accuracy.
• Manage demand variations and ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to ensure product availability.
• Contribute to S&OP processes and regional planning activities while supporting EHS initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Mechatronics Engineering (PG is an advantage).
• Passionate about supply chain management and building a career in the field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Collaboration and teamwork mindset with basic negotiation skills.
