About the role

Rupeek, a leading fintech platform, has opened applications for its prestigious Elevate Internship Program, inviting applications for the role of Operations & Analytics Intern.

Responsibilities

• Business Operations: Support day-to-day administrative Academy operations and manage cross-functional team synchronization trackers to ensure smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) delivery.
• Performance & Analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Maintain analytical dashboards reflecting onboarding pipeline performance, training velocity, and productivity metrics.
• Process Excellence: Document detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), isolate structural gaps in existing workflows, and contribute to report automation using Google Workspace ecosystems.
• HR & Hiring Support: Coordinate candidate communication loops, monitor interview scheduling, and track hiring pipelines, attendance logs, and employee onboarding lifecycle records.

Eligibility

• Must possess a B.E / B.Tech degree or an integrated B.E / B.Tech + MBA qualification.
• Open to final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or related technical/analytical disciplines.
• Belonging to the graduating batches of 2025 or 2026.

Skills

• Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Strong mastery over Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, including functional usage of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH architectures, and structural dashboard layouts.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Inherent ability to look at operational metrics, identify core patterns, and troubleshoot business blockers.
• Visualization Tools: Foundational familiarity or working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a distinct advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicative expression and stakeholder management capabilities to work seamlessly across business verticals.
