ENG Project/Program Intern

About the role

The ENG Project/Program Internship at Rubrik offers a hands‑on experience in planning, tracking and delivering technical programs for the Engineering organization. Based in Bangalore, the role immerses you in product delivery across on‑premise and SaaS platforms, while you collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and related documentation.
• Track progress, create dashboards and reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product leadership and support functions to prioritize and deliver features.
• Identify potential risks, help devise mitigation plans and support issue resolution.
• Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities and document lessons learned.

Eligibility

• Graduating in 2027 from a circuit‑related branch (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.).
• Minimum CGPA of 8.0.
• Available for an onsite internship in Bangalore from January 2027 to May 2027.

Skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learning capability and teamwork orientation.
• Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), storage concepts and enterprise product development.
