About the role

Renault Group is looking for fresh graduates to join as Cost Analysts for the BIW Mechanism commodity. Based in Chennai, you will support cost estimation, reporting and reduction for components such as window regulators, wipers and hinges, working closely with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain cost reports for mechanism parts across project milestones.
Follow costing guidelines, update capitalisation data and maintain techno‑economic databases.
Identify and propose cost‑reduction opportunities in soft‑trim manufacturing.
Interact with suppliers to gather costing information and challenge proposals.
Support digital transformation initiatives and process‑improvement projects.

Eligibility

Any graduate degree.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to deliver quality work on time and manage workload effectively.

Skills

Understanding of cost analysis and reporting.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with risk, change and workload management concepts.
