About the role

American Express is looking for a TCPS Analyst I who will handle prepaid product queries, manage claims, and support fraud‑risk analysis for its Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Services team in Gurugram. The position is full‑time, hybrid and open to recent graduates with up to three years of experience, especially those fluent in Korean.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and faxes from customers and merchants regarding prepaid products such as Gift Cards and Traveler Cheques.
  • Process claims for lost, stolen or un‑cashable Traveler Cheques and manage escheatment requests.
  • Handle refund, overspend and excessive‑balance cases while balancing regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Prioritise multiple tasks, respond to escalations and perform root‑cause analysis for each.
  • Analyse risk data, detect fraud patterns and collaborate with the risk analytics team.
  • Adapt quickly to changing targets and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility

  • Graduate degree (any discipline) with 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in Korean language.
  • Strong communication skills for handling customer and merchant interactions.
