About the role

Mobility Global is looking for a full‑time Associate Software Engineer who will work on Java‑based backend services and React front‑ends for automotive data products. The position is hybrid, with office attendance in either Gurgaon or Bangalore, and targets candidates with 1‑4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and deliver Java backend services and RESTful APIs.
  • Build modern, responsive web interfaces using React.js, HTML and related front‑end technologies.
  • Integrate applications with relational databases and ensure data‑driven functionality.
  • Participate in cloud‑native development on AWS and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge on emerging cloud and DevOps practices.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of hands‑on experience developing large‑scale software applications using Java.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java and object‑oriented programming.
  • Full‑stack development experience with Java and React.js.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and modern front‑end tooling.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and Jira.
