About the role

ReliaQuest is hiring fresh graduates for an Associate Software Engineer position at its Pune office. The role focuses on building, testing, and deploying security‑focused software, creating REST APIs, and automating the software development lifecycle. Candidates will work with cutting‑edge technologies on the GreyMatter platform and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Research and develop innovative solutions to enhance the GreyMatter security platform.
Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and product integrations.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
Conduct code reviews and promote best‑practice coding standards.
Automate testing and other stages of the software lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product adoption.

Eligibility

Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
0‑1 years of software development experience.

Skills

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Java, C#, MySQL, and Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with Spring Boot and micro‑services architecture.
Understanding of unit testing, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
