About the role

Poshmark is looking for fresh graduates to join its Chennai office as Junior Email Support executives. You will handle customer queries via email, primarily for US‑based shoppers, using Salesforce and other support tools. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where empathy, clear communication and problem‑solving are key.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails promptly, ensuring accurate and helpful resolutions.
Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track and manage support tickets.
Collaborate with US‑based managers and peers to maintain service quality.
Work on weekends and holidays when required to meet support SLAs.
Demonstrate patience, positivity and a customer‑first mindset.
Continuously improve knowledge of Poshmark’s platform and policies.

Eligibility

0‑3 years of experience in customer service or community support (fresh graduates encouraged).
Any undergraduate degree.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with MacBook, fast typing and navigation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
