About the role
NTT DATA is hiring for the role of Graduate Trainee (Managed Services Client Service Desk Administrator) in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide entry-level administrative tasks and support services to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.

- Shift Operations: Work efficiently within a 24×7 shift structure, based on a defined roster as required by the business.
Eligibility
- Educational Background: High School Certification (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with basic to moderate experience in the Technology Industry and Call Centre environment are also highly encouraged to apply.
- Required Skills: Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, methodical approach to ticket resolution, and excellent attention to detail.
