Software Engineer I (Full Stack)

About the role

Nike is seeking an ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic team. The role involves developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring seamless and scalable experiences for users.

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop: Building, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services (End-to-End).
• Front-End Development: Implementing dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Back-End Development: Designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Database Management: Developing and ensuring efficient data storage using NoSQL databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Integrating with CI/CD pipelines and working with Cloud platforms (AWS) and Serverless architectures.
• Testing: Writing unit tests and integration tests using tools like Jest or Mocha.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Hands-on exposure to React, Node.js/Python, NoSQL, and AWS.

Skills

• Front-end: Hands-on exposure to React or similar technologies.
• Back-end: Hands-on exposure to server-side languages like Node.js or Python.
• Database: Experience with NoSQL databases.
• API: Designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Tools & Cloud: Proficient with Git/GitHub and familiarity with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
