Junior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Narayana Health is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join its engineering team in Bangalore. You will create and maintain web applications, work on both front‑end (Angular/React) and back‑end (Node.js/Python) components, and get exposure to CI/CD pipelines and emerging GenAI features.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front‑end interfaces using Angular or React.
• Develop back‑end APIs and services with Node.js or Python.
• Participate in database schema design, write SQL queries, and manage data models.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Containerize applications with Docker and support deployments on Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Integrate Generative AI APIs such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI into product features.
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code and contribute unit/integration tests.
• Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack, including production environments.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to deliver features.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 0‑2 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework – Angular (preferred) or React.
• Experience building back‑end services using Node.js or Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and standard code‑review workflows.
• Comfortable working in an agile/scrum environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear written communication.
