About the role

MongoDB is looking for a motivated HR Tech Intern to help administer, configure, and continuously improve its HR technology stack, primarily SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with engineering and HR teams, troubleshoot technical issues, test enhancements, and contribute to solutions that streamline HR operations and boost employee experience during a 10‑week, full‑time internship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and HR stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Test system enhancements, integrations, and new features to ensure reliability.
  • Document configurations, integration workflows, and testing results with clear technical writing.
  • Support the rollout of process improvements that enhance HR efficiency.

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Available to work the full 10‑week internship period (April‑July) on a hybrid schedule in Gurgaon.

Skills

  • Strong interest in HR technology and enterprise systems.
  • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Good technical communication and documentation abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in configurations and testing.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable with rotational shift timings (2 PM–10 PM IST or 6 PM–2 AM IST).
