About the role

MeltPlan is seeking a Senior Engineer with full-stack capabilities to own end-to-end feature development. You will work directly with the founders, designing scalable architectures and shipping production-grade code that impacts a massive industry.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features from the database layer to the UI.
• Design and implement scalable data models and backend systems.
• Ship clean, production-ready frontend experiences daily.
• Actively participate in system design and architectural reviews.
• Collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and engineering standards.

Eligibility

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in backend architecture, databases, and system design.
• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js.
• A bias for action, high ownership mindset, and experience refactoring for scale.
