About the role
The Associate Specialist, Implementation will lead customer‑facing payment processing projects, coordinating technical and non‑technical experts to deliver end‑to‑end implementation of electronic payment solutions for Mastercard and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Gather and document customer requirements and assess impact on Mastercard processing platforms.
- Define scope, create plans, and drive implementation projects following global methodology.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery of payment processing solutions.
Eligibility
- 1‑2 years of experience in information technology systems.
- Understanding of network technologies, applications, and project management.
- Basic knowledge of payment transaction processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work night‑shift CST timings.
