About the role
Weave is looking for an Implementation Specialist to convert client‑uploaded paper forms into digital versions within the Weave platform. The role is fully remote in India, reports to the Manager of Implementation Forms, and focuses on delivering accurate, timely digital forms while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end digital form cases and ensure they meet SLA targets.
- Manage a portfolio of projects using Salesforce and coordinate with onboarding teams.
- Communicate clearly with managers and teammates to keep projects on track.
- Provide a smooth, customer‑centric experience throughout the digitisation process.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and prioritize issues that arise during implementation.
- Leverage reports and data to guide decisions and optimise the customer portfolio.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of data‑entry experience.
- Basic familiarity with software and computers.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
