Design Engineer (Web & Brand)

About the role

Linear is seeking a Design Engineer to craft interactive web experiences, landing pages, and creative animations for its product development platform. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will combine strong visual design sense with frontend engineering using React and TypeScript to bring high‑quality, responsive interfaces to life.

Responsibilities

• Build complex, interactive UI web and app experiences.
• Create beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and internal tools.
• Implement creative animations and interactions directly in code.
• Explore visual concepts in Figma and translate them into web‑native implementations.

Eligibility

• Strong eye for good design and visual detail.
• Solid frontend engineering skills with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end websites and landing pages.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools that aid the design‑to‑code workflow.
• Portfolio or public profile (e.g., Twitter) showcasing technical and creative projects.
