About the role

Lera Technologies is seeking an Associate Developer in Hyderabad to build and maintain Python‑based backend services and AI agent workflows. Candidates should have 2‑3 years of software development experience, strong Python skills, and a passion for AI‑driven automation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Python services that power product features and integrations.
Create, enhance, and maintain AI agent workflows within the engineering team.
Integrate external APIs and backend components to deliver functional solutions.
Write clean, testable code, perform debugging, and ensure reliable releases.
Document changes and communicate implementation details to teammates.
Gradually assume end‑to‑end ownership of assigned features.

Eligibility

2–3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands‑on Python programming ability.
Proven capability to translate requirements into working solutions.
Good logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback, and meet quality standards.

Skills

Python programming (required).
Experience with backend services and API integration.
Ability to write, test, and debug code independently.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and relational databases (SQL) is a plus.
Exposure to AI agent development, Java, or Spring Boot is advantageous.
