Responsibilities

• Value Addition & Cost Reduction: Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction ideas, ensuring they deliver measurable benefits.
• Project Management: Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless coordination of multiple projects.
• Business Case Development: Analyze ideas and prepare compelling business cases for cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing).
• Design Development: Develop concept designs related to sheet metal and plastics using advanced methodologies.
• Design & Idea Analysis: Perform analysis using NUDs, DFMEA, Risk Analysis, and RCA. Create design verification and test plans.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Required Skills & Experience: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. Familiarity with analytical and CAD software.

Skills

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Strong project management capabilities and cost analysis proficiency.
• Expertise in sheet metal and plastic design methodologies.
