Associate Trainee

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is hiring for the position of Associate Trainee at its Sricity Mill in Andhra Pradesh. The role is a full-time manufacturing opportunity for candidates with ITI in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Communication (E&C).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production and packaging machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns, quality defects, and short stops.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the causes of machine and production problems.
• Maintain machine and work-area cleanliness and follow shop-floor 5S practices.

Eligibility

• ITI in Mechanical, EE, EEE, or E&C.
• Trainee / Entry Level.

Skills

• Machine operation and maintenance.
