Associate Software Engineer

About the role

Kaleris is hiring freshers (0–2 years) to build next-generation transportation and logistics products using Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing code and writing unit tests.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable and reliable application components under senior guidance.
• Support creation of RESTful services, integrations, backend logic and data access components.
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.

Eligibility

• BE / BTech / MCA / MSc IT or Bachelor’s in CS / Engineering or related.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships and academic projects considered.
• Foundational knowledge of OOP, data structures and design patterns.
• Hands-on or strong academic exposure to Java and Spring / Spring Boot.

Skills

• Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, SQL, JUnit, Agile and responsible use of AI coding assistants.
