Senior Fullstack Engineer (Next.js/AI Agents)

About the role

We are seeking a product‑focused Senior Fullstack Engineer to build AI‑powered experiences using Next.js, React and TypeScript. You will design agentic workflows, integrate LLMs and create polished, animated UIs while collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship fullstack features from UI to backend logic.
• Develop and maintain agentic workflows, multi‑agent systems and MCP server integrations.
• Implement high‑quality, animated UI using Material UI and Figma specifications.
• Build and manage RAG pipelines and integrate with LLM providers such as Gemini, GPT, Claude and Perplexity.
• Handle async job processing with Inngest and work with Postgres‑backed data models.
• Contribute to internal tooling and back‑office workflows using Retool.
• Partner with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Eligibility

• Strong experience with Next.js (Pages Router) and React 18.
• Proven ability to design and reason about multi‑agent AI systems and agentic workflows.
• Solid backend experience with PostgreSQL and building APIs (e.g., Next.js API routes).
• Strong product sense with a focus on UI quality, animation, and design systems.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and RAG pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
