About the role
JLL is looking for a Facility Executive Technical to manage and maintain the electrical and MEP infrastructure of its Gurugram office. The role involves overseeing UPS, battery, AC, fire‑alarm, CCTV and access‑control systems, as well as operating the building management system.
Responsibilities
- Supervise operation and maintenance of low‑side engineering assets such as electrical distribution, UPS units and battery rooms.
- Handle fire safety equipment including fire‑alarm, detection and suppression systems.
- Manage ELV systems like CCTV, access control, water‑leak detection and rodent‑repellant solutions.
- Operate and monitor the BMS/centralized command centre for real‑time facility oversight.
- Coordinate escalation procedures and communicate status to stakeholders in clear English.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Electrical engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or
- B.Tech in Electrical engineering with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
