IT Engineer

About the role

Induco is hiring fresh graduates for the role of IT Engineer in Hyderabad. The position focuses on building and maintaining web applications using PHP and modern frameworks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP‑based web applications using Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Write clean, testable code and integrate front‑end components built with JavaScript, Angular, HTML5 and CSS.
• Participate in Agile or Waterfall project cycles, attending stand‑ups and sprint reviews.
• Use version‑control systems such as GitHub or SVN to manage code repositories.
• Follow MVC design patterns and adhere to coding standards.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Eligibility

• Any graduate degree.
• Strong knowledge of PHP.
• Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with MVC design pattern.
• Proficiency with GitHub or SVN.
• Good grasp of front‑end technologies: JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
