React JS Lead

About the role

HTC Global Services is looking for a seasoned React JS Lead to drive front‑end development initiatives. The candidate will own the architecture, guide a team of developers, and ensure high‑quality, scalable React applications that meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of React based web applications.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate APIs and define feature roadmaps.
• Maintain code quality using Git workflows and conduct code reviews.
• Optimize performance and ensure responsive UI across browsers.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in React development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Skills

• React.js (Hooks, functional components, lifecycle methods)
• JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation
• CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) or modern styling libraries (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
• State management libraries (e.g., Immutable.js, Redux)
• RESTful APIs or GraphQL integration
• Version control with Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub
