Software Engineer, Cloud Site Reliability (SRE)

About the role

Icertis is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in Cloud Site Reliability (SRE) to join its Pune team. The role focuses on operating, troubleshooting, and enhancing cloud‑native applications primarily on Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service, while also supporting workloads on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot applications running in Azure and AKS environments.
• Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Analyze logs from Azure, AKS, IIS and related services to diagnose incidents.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps and security teams to improve system reliability.
• Manage cloud resources across Azure and AWS, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
• Participate in rotational on‑call duties and incident‑response activities.

Eligibility

• Open to any graduate (B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, etc.) with relevant cloud and infrastructure experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid/club model in Pune.
