About the role

IBM is looking for a junior full‑stack developer to craft security‑focused front‑end experiences for the Confluent Cloud platform. This remote position in Canada involves building UI components with React, Redux and TypeScript while collaborating closely with backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Manage application state efficiently with Redux.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript code adhering to security best practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs written in Go or Java.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure the delivered features meet performance and accessibility standards.

Eligibility

• At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Graduated in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Redux and JavaScript.
