HR Operations Specialist

About the role

IBM is looking for a fresh graduate to join its BPO consulting team in Hyderabad as an HR Operations Specialist. You will handle employee data in the HR system, run reports, resolve compensation queries and support service‑level agreements while learning from mentors in a hybrid‑cloud and AI‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process employee information in the HRMS to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Execute complex HR transactions, perform eligibility checks and reconcile multiple reports.
• Respond to internal and external customer queries regarding compensation and HR processes.
• Generate data for internal control teams and maintain compliance with client standards.
• Support SLA‑driven services by providing reliable data and troubleshooting system issues.
• Participate in occasional system testing and process improvement activities.

Eligibility

• Graduate or post‑graduate (MBA in HR preferred) with 0‑6 months of core HR experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP HR / HRMS.
• Experience with data entry and reporting.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
