About the role

IBM is actively hiring for the role of Associate System Engineer. This is a massive hiring drive for Freshers (2024 & 2025 Batch) across multiple locations in India, including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, Noida, and more.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications based on the Java/JEE technology stack.
• Implement transaction management, manage Java objects, and integrate enterprise systems.
• Apply expertise in dependency injection, inversion of control, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Utilize DevOps tools and methodologies for efficient development and deployment.
• Ensure seamless functionality and data exchange between enterprise systems.

Eligibility

• Degree: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology related branches.
• Eligible Streams: CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, CyberSecurity, Blockchain, etc.
• Batch: 2024 and 2025 passing out batches only.
• Academic Criteria: Minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% throughout.
• Backlogs: No active backlogs allowed.
• Technical Skills: Programming proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
• Soft Skills: Fluent communication (written and spoken) and good interpersonal skills.
