Application Engineer I

About the role

Honeywell is hiring fresh engineering graduates for the position of Application Engineer I in Pune. As an entry‑level engineer you will support the design, development and configuration of engineering applications, work closely with senior engineers on customer projects, and contribute to testing, troubleshooting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and configuration of engineering applications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand customer and project requirements.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting and documenting solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech in Engineering (CS, IT, Instrumentation, Electronics or related).
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem‑solving skills.
• Good analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills

• Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles.
• Basic programming or scripting exposure (e.g., C, C++, Python) is advantageous.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and tools.
