About the role

HighLevel is looking for a technically adept professional to engage advanced trial customers remotely. The role focuses on aligning the platform’s capabilities with client business goals, managing a high‑value pipeline, and driving conversion through consultative engagements.

Responsibilities

Understand complex trial customer needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
Conduct consultative demo sessions via Zoom and other channels.
Maintain a high‑engagement pipeline with proactive outreach and follow‑up.
Achieve performance targets: 50%+ engagement, 65%+ trial‑to‑paid conversion, and elevated monthly MRR.
Provide advanced technical support across CRM configuration, automation, social media tools, funnels, SEO, and integrations (Zapier, Make).
Collaborate with peers, share best practices, and mentor junior team members.

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience with HighLevel or comparable SaaS technical specialist roles.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent practical experience.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for at least six consecutive months.

Skills

Deep knowledge of HighLevel, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Experience with social media management, funnel/website building, and SEO.
Proficiency in integrations using Zapier and Make.
Strong command of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and major social platforms.
Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
