About the role
HighLevel is seeking a mid‑level full‑stack engineer to design and deliver CRM Contacts features. You will own end‑to‑end development, from API design to responsive Vue.js interfaces, helping millions of businesses manage contacts, tags, notes and segmentation at internet scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS.
- Build high‑performance, responsive UI components with Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Own feature delivery across database, API and UI layers, including technical design and contract discussions.
- Write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews and debug production issues.
- Optimize queries, caching and asynchronous processing for scalability.
- Contribute to monitoring, observability and reliability improvements.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands‑on experience with Node.js backend development.
- Frontend experience with Vue.js (or React/Angular) and component‑based architecture.
- Proficiency designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
