The External Apprentice role places you inside HPE as part of a structured graduate apprenticeship path.

Responsibilities

• Structured Learning Path: Follow a specific training and development programme designed for early-career graduates.
• Hands-On Contribution: Support day-to-day team activities and contribute to live business tasks under guidance.
• Skill Building: Develop core competencies including active learning, critical thinking, and group problem solving.
• Collaboration: Work closely with mentors and team members across functions in a hybrid setup.
• Process & Recordkeeping: Assist with office administration, documentation, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• University students / graduates within 12 months of graduation (Any Degree)
• Batch 2025 / 2026

Skills

• Computer literacy; exposure to software development is an advantage for relevant teams.
• Active listening, clear communication, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
