About the role
HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates as Process Associate – Voice in Sholinganallur, Tamil Nadu. The position is a full‑time, on‑site role that works on US shifts, handling revenue‑cycle‑management (RCM) calls with healthcare providers and insurers to ensure timely claim reimbursements.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to providers and insurers to follow up on claim status and payments.
- Investigate denied or under‑paid claims and resolve them on first contact.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and update daily interaction logs.
- Achieve performance targets while adhering to process guidelines.
- Identify process gaps, document business requirements and suggest improvements.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Willingness to work US‑based shifts.
