About the role

The Administrator – Desk Side Services role focuses on building and maintaining automation tools for asset management and ITIL processes. It is a full‑time position for fresh graduates, offering the chance to work on code, support projects and interact directly with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Apply best practices and quality standards to asset‑management services to stay compliant with company policies.
  • Provide on‑call support for escalated incidents, performing root‑cause analysis with asset‑management tools.
  • Update the knowledge base, run training for new hires and coach analysts to raise team capability.
  • Resolve tickets independently within SLA limits, using ticketing systems to track and manage incidents.
  • Deliver high customer‑satisfaction scores by aiming for first‑call resolution and minimizing reopened cases.

Eligibility

  • Open to candidates graduating in the 2025 or 2026 batch.
  • Freshers with no prior work experience required.

Skills

  • In‑depth knowledge of asset‑management services and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and incident‑management processes.
