About the role
Genpact is seeking fresh graduates to join its Finance & Accounting I2C team as an Associate. The position is remote‑first, works night‑shift hours for India, and focuses on billing, invoicing and customer data management while leveraging AI‑driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process billing and invoicing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle invoice corrections, including credit notes and rebills.
- Respond to email queries from field teams and support them with required data.
- Track and drive key performance metrics related to finance operations.
- Refresh work instructions and documentation as needed.
Eligibility
- Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related field; Masters in Finance is also accepted.
- Fluent in English (C2 proficiency).
Skills
- Core accounting knowledge.
- Accounts receivable handling, collection and management.
- Cash application and deductions management.
- Familiarity with banking and capital markets processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Ability to work night‑shift hours and collaborate remotely.
