About the role
EXL is looking for fresh graduates to join its Bengaluru office as an Executive in Accounts Receivable. The position is full‑time, hybrid and offers a starting salary of ₹2.2–4.5 LPA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts‑receivable function within the finance team.
- Handle order‑to‑cash (O2C) cycle activities and ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and send clear, professional communications to customers.
- Collaborate with back‑office and finance operations to resolve discrepancies.
- Support shift work when required and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Eligibility
- Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- No prior work experience required.
Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Understanding of the O2C (order‑to‑cash) process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and arithmetic ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
