Associate - BCM - Commercial Leasing & Lending

About the role

As an Associate in Genpact's Commercial Leasing & Lending team, you will assist senior members in evaluating leasing and loan opportunities, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance. The position offers exposure to end‑to‑end financing processes while working closely with cross‑functional teams in Noida.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data to support leasing and lending decisions.
• Help draft and review lease terms and financing agreements under supervision.
• Maintain accurate lease and loan records to meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to aid business development and operational initiatives.
• Provide assistance to senior associates and managers throughout the leasing and lending workflow.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as NISM Analyst, CAMS, or CRP are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
