About the role

GE HealthCare is actively hiring Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) for its Manufacturing & Logistics function at the Bengaluru campus.

Responsibilities

  • Production Support: Support assembly-line operations for medical-device sub-systems and report on daily production metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Run Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma projects to improve cycle time, yield, and operator efficiency.
  • Process Documentation: Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA documents.
  • Supplier & Material Coordination: Collaborate with supplier quality and logistics teams to ensure on-time material availability and quality compliance.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead 5-Why and Fishbone analyses for production issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Eligibility

  • Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, EEE, ECE, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • Batch Year: 2025 and 2026.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics with no standing arrears.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of GD&T, Lean, Six Sigma, and basic CAD tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to work on a shop floor.
