Ford Motor Company is actively hiring Software Engineers for the Ford Credit Services team in Chennai, India (Hybrid). This is a fantastic opportunity for engineers strong in Java, test automation (Playwright), GCP cloud, and FinTech testing to launch their careers with one of the world’s most iconic automotive and mobility companies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and validate scalable test-automation and E2E quality solutions for Ford’s lending and receivables platforms in close partnership with Business, Architecture, Product, Design, and Software Engineering teams.
• Partner with Business, Architecture, Product, Design, and Software Engineering to align testing activities with business acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate mandatory Cross-Functional Journey Review & Sign-Off ceremonies to attest that all business-critical paths and edge cases are documented and tested.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA in CS / IT / Engineering
• Strong programming background in Java and experience with build management tools (Gradle, Maven).
• Expert-level knowledge of UI automation (Playwright) and API testing (Playwright, Postman, Hoppscotch).
