About the role

The Marketing Data Analyst will work within Marketing Operations to extract, combine and interpret large data sets from platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and web analytics tools. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights that improve B2B marketing performance.

Responsibilities

Extract and blend data from multiple sources using SQL to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
Own the data quality and reporting for Salesforce.com and HubSpot, building and maintaining dashboards.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytical projects.
Perform deep‑dive analyses of campaigns, channel ROI and account engagement, recommending optimisations.
Develop automated reporting solutions and present findings to senior leadership.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with strong quantitative coursework.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence or data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills

Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation and complex joins.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com and HubSpot, including data model and reporting.
Proficiency in building dashboards and visualisations.
Statistical analysis, A/B testing and ROI measurement.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
