IAM Operations Support Technician

About the role

Ernst & Young (EY) Global Shared Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of IAM Operations – Support Technician. This role is tailored for professionals holding B.E, B.Tech, or B.Sc degrees who possess 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in security administration or identity provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical infrastructure support for user account inquiries, access updates, and cloud account provisioning issues.
• Support and maintain tools used for shared folder access management, custom PowerShell utilities, and SailPoint IIQ frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure Active Directory / Entra ID synchronization faults, clear account conflicts, and manage enterprise security access permissions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately 1 to 3 years of professional experience specializing in Security Administration, Active Directory management, or Identity Provisioning.

Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data processing.
• Familiarity with writing or debugging basic automation scripts via PowerShell, Python, or R.
